On average, it takes us between 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer make any changes (not even to the address). We only deliver to the address you provided at checkout. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on returned packages. Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

If you have entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us via email. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

Delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days within Germany; shipping to neighboring countries may be delayed by a few days.
