Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return request period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. All returns are subject to review and must be authorized by us.
To be eligible for consideration, your item should be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your request and inform you whether a refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
